“I have not actually received my order but upon receiving this email I traced it and it shipped to the wrong address. So I’m very disappointed in that the funeral of my nephew is here in Buffalo and I won’t have the keepsake for his family members. The order should have been shipped to 100 Highland Parkway as I indicated on the phone. Please call me to rectify the misship.”
