The Strong Tree Tealight Urn by Silverlight Urns holds a glass votive with candle and unscrews to reveal a hidden compartment which can contain a small amount of ashes. Many people find comfort in the ritual and practice of lighting a candle in memory and remembrance. The fact that a small amount of ashes are contained within can make the ritual even more meaningful.
The Strong Tree Tealight Urn has a dark green finish with gold accents -- including three small gold leaves engraved on the front. A coordinating full size cremation urn and a mini keepsake urn also are available in the Strong Tree Urn Collection by Silverlight Urns.
This candle holder urn can contain 14 cubic inches of ashes (about 1 cup), which is a portion of the cremated remains of an adult. Each pound of weight prior to cremation is equal to approximately one cubic inch of ash. The Strong Tree Tealight Urn is made of brass, a durable material. A memorial candle and velvet storage bag are included for free with this tealight urn.
