Description
For families who plan to bury one individual cremation urn, the Crowne Urn Vault Single - Black is a sturdy container designed for this purpose. Any type of urn can be placed in the vault (wood, ceramic, brass, etc.) as long as it fits within the vault dimensions. If desired, the family can place small mementos inside this vault alongside the cremation urn. A typical metal urn would be placed on its side in the vault as shown in the image. A water-tight adhesive is provided to seal the urn within the vault.
 
The Crowne Urn Vault Single - Black is constructed of a high tech polymer to maximize strength and durability and has been tested to withstand 4,300 lbf (pounds of top load pressure). The vault will not corrode or deteriorate. Made in USA.
 
It is important to note that this vault is made of repurposed materials -- a positive feature for those who care for the environmnet. This vault is created from excess polymer generated during the molding process of other plastic products.

Many cemeteries require the use of an urn vault to protect the urn and its contents from the elements as well as from possible damage from heavy cemetery equipment. The domed lid adds an additional 2.5" of height.
