The Rainbow Cylinder Cremation Jewelry is made of stainless steel which is easy to wear and care for as it does not tarnish or react to moisture. The bright enamel colors circle around the entire pendant. The cylinder for ashes is approximately 1.25 inches in length.
A 20-inch stainless steel chain is included with this pendant and is strung through the pendant itself -- a sleek and sturdy design element.
To place ashes inside, the upper part of the pendant can be unscrewed -- revealing the hidden inner compartment (see image). Before the pendant is worn, the filling and sealing guide should be followed carefully. Once the ashes have been placed inside, the piece should be sealed using the adhesive provided.
The manufacturer does not recommend wearing this piece while showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping due to increased exposure to moisture. Moisture can degrade the adhesive that keeps the ashes secure inside the pendant.
